Moodmatcher lipstick verde - Swatch & Review

Neste post pretendo mostrar-vos pela primeira vez as variações de cores de 6 batons Moodmatcher da marca Fran Wilson. Depois de já formalmente apresentados no post anterior,  fiz swatches de todos no braço e era minha intenção mostrá-los aplicados mas apenas consigo experimentar uma das cores por dia e como tal tenho de subdvidir e ao longo do tempo vou-vos mostrando as outras cores.

In this post I will show you for the first time the color variations of the 6 Fran Wilson's Moodmatcher lipsticks. After already formally presented in the previous post, I did swatches of them all in my arm and my intention was to show them applied to mouth but I only can use one per day because the colour doesn't fade off! So I'll show them one by one over time.

Eu recebi um pack de 6 cores (verde, rosa, laranja, azul claro, amarelo, azul escuro) e todos adoptam diferentes tonalidades que variam entre os rosas e os tons coral mediante a química da pele.

I received a pack of 6 colors (green, pink, orange, light blue, yellow, dark blue) and all take different shades ranging from pink and coral tones through the chemistry of the skin.

Cada um contém 3,5g. A embalagem não tem nada de elaborado nem de bonito, talvez também por isso eles possam ser vendidos a um preço tão acessível. A parte de baixo é preta e a tampa é transparente com letras douradas. Uma coisa de bom no facto de ser transparente é que a cor é facilmente identificável quando fechados.

Each lipstick contains 3.5g. The packaging is nothing elaborate or beautiful, perhaps it's beacuse of it that they can be sold at such an affordable price. The bottom is black and the cover is transparent with gold lettering. One good good thing about this is the fact that the color is easily identifiable when closed.

Na fotografia anterior é visível a quantidade total de produto que cada um traz. Quando retraído ao máximo a ponta do baton fica de fora da parte preta (visivel na 1ª fotografia), o que para mim é um senão, porque há que ter sempre cuidado ao colocar a tampa ou batemos com o baton nela e era uma vez um batôn.

In the previous photo is visible the total amount of product that each lipstick brings. When retracted the most, the tip of the lipstick stays out of the black part (visible in the 1st photo), which to me is a problem, because we must always be careful when placing the lid otherwise you can hit with lipstick on it and damage the lipstick.

Estética da embalagem à parte (que é o menos) este batôn é muito semelhante ao Touch of Magic da Barry M do qual já falei aqui. Embora a embalagem da Barry M seja mais bonito e apelativa, dando-lhe um ar de maior qualidade, a diferença que iremos encontrar é apenas no preço, enquanto o da Barry M custa £4.49, o da Fran Wilson custa $3. O primeiro por sua vez promete uma duração até 8h enquanto o da Fran Wilson promete duração de 12h (quanto a isso ainda não posso tirar conclusões). No caso da Barry M ficamos limitados à cor verde, enquanto na Fran Wilson dispomos de 10 cores e ainda outras nas versões com brilho e glosses.

Aesthetics apart from the pack (which is the least important) this lipstick is very similar to the Barry M's Touch of Magic which I have spoken here. Although the packaging of Barry M is more beautiful and attractive, giving it an air of greater quality, we find that the difference is only in price, while the Barry M's cost £ 4.49, the Fran Wilson's is $ 3. The first one promises to last up to 8 hours while the  Fran Wilson´s promises a duration up to 12 hours (I can't still tell you this). In the case of Barry M we are limited to the green colour, while Fran Wilson has 10 colors and we have still other versions with shimmer and glosses. 

Estes batons são realmente de longa duração e quando aplicados dão a sensação de estarmos a aplicar um baton hidratante. Obviamente a sensação de hidratação não dura várias horas, apenas a cor, mas podem sempre aplicar outro sem cor ao longo do dia se quiserem essa sensação de hidratação, gastando o de cor apenas 1 vez! É preciso ter cuidado na altura da aplicação porque apesar de parecer não se trata de um baton hidratante e ele realmente é difícil senão impossível de retirar! Por este mesmo motivo só vos conseguirei mostrar um deles aplicados. Eu bem tentei retirá-lo com um desmaquilhante mas quase arranquei os lábios e a cor continuou lá.

These lipsticks are really long lasting when applied andt they give the impression that we are applying a moisturizing lipstick. Obviously the feeling of moisture does not last several hours, only the color but you don't need to apply another color throughout the day if you want that feeling of hydration, spending product only one time! Care must be taken at the time of application because although it feels like one it is not a moisturizer lipstick and it really is difficult if not impossible to remove! For the same reason I can only show one of them applied today. Well I tried to remove it with a makeup remover but I almost pulled my lips and the color was still there.

O que eu mais adoro nestes batons é a sua duração e o facto de não marcarem nada! Podem comer, beber e beijar à vontade que não vão perder o baton pelo caminho e muito menos deixar a vossa marca embaraçosa na cara de ninguém!

What I love most in these lipsticks is its duration and the fact that they don't tranfer! You can eat, drink and kiss that will not lose the lipstick along the way and much less leave that embarrassing mark on people's face!

Existem à venda separados ou em conjunto (tornando-se mais barato) e no último caso vêm numa bolsinha.

This lipstick are sold separately or together (making it cheaper) and when you buy the pack you get a free makeup bag.

1- Verde / Green

2- Rosa / Pink

3- Laranja / Orange

4-Azul claro / Light Blue

5- Amarelo / Yellow

6- Azul Escuro / Dark Blue

O cor de laranja (3) fica com um tom de coral, os azuis ficam com tons mais roxos e os outros variam nos tons de rosa. Estes batons não são muito bons para fazer este tipo de swatches porque ficam com uma cor bem mais viva na boca (provavelmente por causa do pH da saliva). Penso que o meu favorito será o laranja mas só irei saber ao certo depois de os experimentar a todos.

The orange lipstick (3) is a coral shade, the blue lipsticks are more purple and the others vary in different shades of pink. These lipsticks are not very good for doing this type of swatches (in the arm) because they become much more bright and colourfull when applied to the lips (probably due to the pH of saliva). I think my favorite is the orange but I will only know for sure after the experiencing them all.

Como dizem que eles adquirem diferentes tons em diferentes pessoas testei em mim e na minha irmã e não me parece que os resultados sejam muito diferentes.

As they say that they get different tones in different people I tested them on me and on my sister and I do not think the results are very different.

Estou MUITO surpreendida com estes batons! Tenho é medo de encostar todos os outros e não os usar mais (pelo menos os de cores semelhantes).

I am very surprised with these lipsticks! I'm afraid I won't wear my other lipsticks (at least those with similar colors).

Moodmatcher Lipstick - Fran Wilson

Hoje venho apresentar-vos os batons Moodmatcher da marca americana Fran Wilson. Desconhecia por completo esta marca, encontrei-a através de pesquisa e fiquei deliciada com o conceito dos Moodmatcher, batons que alimentam a imaginação, hidratam, proporcionam cor e ainda são de longa duração.

Today I come to present you the American brand Fran Wilson and their Moodmatcher lipsticks. I didn't know this brand before and I found it doing research and I was delighted with the concept of Moodmatcher lipsticks that feed the imagination, moisturize, provide color and still are long-lasting.

Segundo a marca Fran Wilson, cada cor dos Moodmatcher muda de acordo com a quimíca da pele, obtendo-se uma cor completamente personalizada. Têm uma fórmula de longa duração que se aguenta até 12h mesmo que comam, bebam ou beijem! Contêm ainda Aloe Vera e Vitamina E, criando uma sensação rica e de hidratação.

Existem 10 cores disponíveis, das quais recebi 6 numa bolsinha mesmo ao tamanho deles! Além dos Moodmatcher existem ainda os Moodpearl e os Moodgloss, que seguem o mesmo conceito. No site têm uma página em que podem escolher a vosso tom de pele (clara, média, escuro) e perceber o efeito de cada cor, clicando em cada uma delas aparece uma fotografia diferente.

There are 10 colors available, and now I have 6 of them and they were received in a cosmetic bag with the right for them! Besides Moodmatcher lipsticks, there are also the Moodpearl and Moodgloss wich follow exactly the same concept. In their site there is  a page where you can choose your skin tone (fair, medium, dark) and realize the effect of each color by clicking in the different Moodmatcher lipstick colours.

Os Moodmatcher apareceram em 1987. Estes batons são os bestsellers da marca e apareceram referenciados na Revista Allure de Seetembro de 2011 numa retrospectiva histórica dos batons, onde aparecerem listadas as 7 marcas mais significativas na produção e comercialização de batons. Entre marcas como Guerlain, Chanel, M.A.C., Clinique e Revlon surgem os Moodmatcher da Fran Wilson.

The Moodmatcher lipsticks appeared in 1987. These lipsticks are their bestseller lipsticks and they come referenced in Allure Magazine from September of 2011  in a historical retrospective of the lipsticks, where are listed the seven most significant brands in the production and marketing of lipsticks. Among brands like Guerlain, Chanel, MAC, Clinique and Revlon Moodmatcher appear the Fran Wilson's Moodmatchers.

Já a Guru da moda e Fashion Stylist Linda Rodin, numa entrevista ao Wall Street Journal referiu que a sua arma secreta era o Moodmatcher verde, o qual usa desde os seus 16 anos. Afirma que se pode usar debaixo de qualquer coisa e mantém os lábios com cor mesmo após dormir.

The fashion guru and Stylist Linda Rodin, in an interview to The Wall Street Journal said her secret weapon is the green Moodmatcher, which she uses since she was 16. It states that it can be used under evrything and keeps her lips with color even after sleeping.

Olá meninas! Hoje estou bastante empolgada. Ontem durante a tarde recebi uma encomenda em casa vinda da já aqui falada marca Fran Wilson.

Hello girls! Today I am very excited. Yesterday afternoon I received a package at home from the brand Fran Wilson wich I already spoke about.

Recebi um Retinol Anti-aging Starter Kit e um pack de 6 batons Moodmatcher.
Irei mais tarde fazer posts e reviews em separado de ambos. Os batons irei fazer de cada cor em separado e se assim o quiserem no fim posso fazer uma compilação. Os produtos de tratamento só poderei falar deles depois de usados, como tal só daqui a uns tempos...

I received an Retinol Anti-Aging Starter Kit and a pack of 6 Moodmatcher lipstick.
I will later do separate posts and reviews of both. The lipsticks I will make swatches of each color separately later and if you want at the end I can make a compilation. The treatment products I can only talk about them after use, so I can only talk abou them in a few days...
